- Common Service Centers also been authorized to do registration of farmers for scheme
Effect on Inflation: minor effect, as purchasing capability will increase. But not as bad as schemes/subsidies like MSP, input subsidies. Won’t distort the market as support not linked to production of any specific crop. Best option before we are able to free agri market, limit role of middlemen.
