- report of State Finance Commission along with Action Taken Report of govt has to be tabled in State Legislature

Panchayati Raj Provisions wonβt apply to
- Schedule V areas
- Schedule VI areas
- Nagaland, Mizoram, Meghalaya
- Parts of Manipur
- District level panchayat of Darjeeling
- Reservation for SC not in Arunachal Pradesh
